What we offer in these circles is a dream of unique personal and communal ‘belonging’ to this physical land and human-time on Earth. Learning to live whole-heartedly as individuals within a culture that mostly hides behind its own shadow. We aspire to support each other in fully emerging as soulful beings-in-process, at every age and life-stage. To learn from and through “the Elder within”.

We each have the fiery birthright capacity to be elders-in-training to serve as channels of life energy on behalf of the greater village we live in.

We are in a constant process of connection and re-membering what has been lost from our ancestors and their traditions, weaving ‘here and now’ moments, creating a flow together, and trusting for more clarity how we are being called to offer that flow back into the world in this season of disintegration. Where our human systems are breaking down, we dream for new ways for sustainability as psycho-spiritual and embodied humanity - as living, loving, consciously-networking members of Mother Earth.

A PILGRIMAGE OF SOUL IN COMMUNITY

This Circle of Trust® of five evening sessions and one full weekend retreat explores issues of transition, vocation, passion and underlying life patterns in order to help us live in greater alignment with our values, reconnecting who we are with what we do. Using the rhythms of the seasons to guide us, we explore the wholeness of our lives, especially tracking how nature speaks as a soul teacher. We will offer poetry and prose, small and large group discussion, personal reflection, journaling, embodiment and mindfulness practices to foster renewal, courage, and trust as individuals and in community with the Front Range of Colorado bioregion. In a closing weekend camping retreat, immersed in the wild, we will offer clearness circles, a Quaker communal process for individual discernment.

We are choosing to offer a Conscious Commerce practice that allows for those that have resources to give generously and those that have less, the capacity to share in this rich experience. As group guides we are giving much time and our soulful experience as a gift of reciprocity. Thanks for paying what is fair for you. Carol Kortsch was born in Africa, educated in Canada, and then worked internationally building community in different forms. After 25 years in psychotherapy and group practice at Stonehaven Commons in Radnor, PA., she now offers nature-based retreats in Colorado as a Courage & Renewal group facilitator. She is blending the Earth-based practices of Animas Valley Institute and other local organizations in a visionary program called ElderSoul.  As a life adventurer and Earth listener, she recognizes our essential and critical human need to stop, slow down, and listen to our lives and all our relations speak.

Innovator and entrepreneur, Greg “Saddiq” Cortopassi has started and led nine successful businesses. A leader in the field of Experiential Education, he has been on the forefront of assisting people to activate Healthy Living and Conscious Business Practices for over 40 years. Saddiq is also a talented Nature Photographer specializing in unique images of Water & Light. Through his extensive experience in organizational development, training, group facilitation and personal growth, he has earned a reputation for being a highly effective Personal and Organizational Catalyst.
